Mission of Electrical Engineering Department

Program Specific Outcomes (PSOs)

  • PSO 1: To apply fundamental concepts of electrical engineering to analyze, operate, and maintain electrical systems, machines, and power equipment.
  • PSO 2: To apply knowledge of power generation, transmission, distribution, protection, and renewable energy systems for efficient and sustainable utilization of electrical energy.
  • PSO 3: To utilize MATLAB for electrical circuit design, simulation, and validation, and 3D printing for developing innovative engineering solutions.

  • PO1: Basic and Discipline specific knowledge: Apply knowledge of basic mathematics, science and engineering fundamentals and engineering specialization to solve the engineering problems.
  • PO2: Problem analysis: Identify and analyze well-defined engineering problems using codified standard methods.
