M1 To impart strong fundamental knowledge in mechanical engineering principles through outcome-based teaching-learning process as per AICTE norms.
M2 To develop practical and technical skills in students by providing hands-on training, laboratory work, industry exposure and use of modern tools and technologies.

PROGRAM EDUCATIONAL OBJECTIVES (PEOS)
PEO1 Use basic knowledge of engineering sciences, mathematics and mechanical engineering to work effectively as supervisors or technicians in core mechanical and related sectors.
PEO2 Adhere to industrial and public sector organizations, established engineering practices, safety standards, and quality requirements when operating, maintaining and supporting mechanical systems, machines, and processes.
PEO3 Using the proper instruments, methods, and contemporary engineering practices, identify and resolve common engineering issues pertaining to manufacturing, production, thermal, and design systems.
PEO4 Perform well both individually and as a team, communicate effectively, and exhibit professionalism, disciplines, and ethical responsibility in work and public service settings.
PEO5 To adapt to innovations in technology and support sustainable development, pursue lifelong learning through professionals training, skill development programs, or higher education.
